Posted 20 May 07 Responsibilities: Implement successfully project’s property development plan and strategy. Plan, organize, resource, lead and monitor the assigned project(s) to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed time, cost and specification. Check Contractors and Consultants monthly payment certificates. Contribute in managing interfaces with Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers and Engineers and in identifying operating risks of each development so that projects achieve profit objectives, incur no financial losses and meet development compliance objectives. Ensure proper and professional performance of all design and supervising Consultant Staff. Proper discharge of duties of “Employer’s Representative”, as per the Contract(s) under his control, including site-safety. Provide monthly project management reports. Maintenance of proper and up-to-date project file administration records both hard and soft copy that is acceptable to internal and external auditors. Oversee the timely submittal of all project materials and especially those of final appearance finishes that require the top management approval. Coordinate to ensure to proper implementation of their works into every project. Complete project Taking Over and be satisfied that the building is technically complete and finished, according to the contract requirements, time, quality and cost. Provide training and development guidance to employees in his section and report on the progress of such training. Perform all other relevant tasks assigned by the Senior Manager of Construction. Qualifications & Experience (REQUIRED) B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized University/College. Minimum 10 years (preferably at least 2 years within Saudi Arabia) Post Graduate experience gained preferably in Property Development or Consultancy/Construction Environment. |
